Deposit, Payment, and Pick-Up

Deposit

Once you’ve filled out the puppy application and have been contacted by Rocco Kennels, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit.

Deposits need to be paid within 24 hours from the time you’ve been confirmed for a puppy with Rocco Kennels. Deposit can be paid electronically or in cash. There is a 3.5% credit card fee. Do to demand, puppy lists are determined by applications and deposits received.

Payment

For pick-up puppies final payment is due on the day you pick your puppy up via CASH ONLY.

For drive-to-meets, fly-in-meets, remaining puppy balance is due one-week before meet day.

There is a 3.5% credit card fee.

BREEDING RIGHTS ARE ADDITIONAL

All puppies are sold as pets unless otherwise discussed.

Pick-Up Day aka "Gotcha-Day"

Picking up your puppy is an exciting time, and at Rocco Kennels we call this special day Gotcha Day. Since our puppies are transported across the U.S. we have three different ways to coordinate your Gotcha Day.

Pick-up: You may pick-up at Rocco Kennels. Please bring a carrier for your puppy as it is the safest place for him/her to be while you make the trip back home. If you set a pickup time and something comes up I will reschedule one-time. Thereafter your deposit if forfeited.

Drive-to-Meets: PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR MEETING AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO PUPPY 8 WEEKS. Last minute notice may result in not being able to meet. We do NOT meet anywhere before 12pm and we do not meet on Sundays.

FEES:

2- hours from any direction from our home- $125.00

4- hours from any direction from our home- $225.00

Additional hours must be discussed for pricing.

Fly-in-Meets: Yes, our puppies fly carry on! We do not fly our puppies as cargo under any circumstance. Roccol Kennels will meet you at Sioux Falls Regional Airport (FSD). Both United and American Airlines charge $125 one-way for carry-on puppy transport.

Please make sure you bring a soft-sided carrier for your puppy to fly under your seat in.
